Description

The BEKO Technologies RS HP Series High Pressure Refrigerated Air Dryer applies an all aluminum profile for minimal pressure drop, and self-cleans using gravity. The hot gas bypass valve is specifically designed for refrigerant drying, stabilizing the dew point.

Saturated, warm compressed air is pre-cooled in the air-to-air heat exchanger. The compressed air is then cooled in the air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger to the required pressure dew point. Re-entrainment of separated water droplets is prevented by the large condensate collection chamber and reduced velocity. The timer drain then discharges the accumulated condensate from the dryer, and the cold and dried compressed air leaves the dryer via an air-to-air heat exchanger, reducing the relative humidity and recovering the cooling capacity by up to 60%.

The RS HP is specifically designed for high pressure applications, and includes a timer drain for lower capacity models, or a BEKOMAT drain for high capacity models.
