Description

The Atlas Copco GA 22-37 VSDS is a line of rotary screw compressors with variable speed drive and a power range between 30 and 50 HP. These compressors contain a FASR motor with IE5 efficiency and built without rare earth materials. They are are designed with connectivity features in mind, including an Elektronikon Touch controller; SMARTLINK real-time, remote monitoring and optimization; and EQ2i multiple compressor control. Sound levels for these compressors are as low as 63 dB, making them ideal for noise sensitive environments.

Additional features include an IP66 designed drive train, Neos Next inverter, variable speed fan that meets ERP2020, and a smart thermostatic control valve. The VSDS also have a smart temperature control system, eliminating the risk of condensation and maximizing compressor efficiency. It comes with a Boost Flow Mode, which allows users to temporarily expend compressor limits without negative operational or reliability consequences.
