Activated Carbon Air Filters

Activated carbon air filters, as the name implies, use activated carbon to remove contaminants from compressed air. Activated carbon has physical properties that permit contaminants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), odors, and other gaseous pollutants to adhere to it via the process of adsorption. Activated carbon air filters are ideal for removing odors and flavors from compressed air making them ideal for pharmaceutical and food/beverage applications.
