Description

The Deltech DHP Series high pressure refrigerated air dryer is designed to remove the particles, water, oil, and oil vapor contaminants from compressed air up to 725psig. The DHP Series dryer combines stainless steel plate heat exchangers, rugged refrigeration compressors, and ozone-friendly HFC refrigerant to deliver stable 38°F pressure dew points. All DHP Series models feature a power-on light, a high temperature warning light, an on/off switch, and refrigeration suction pressure gauge to indicate proper system operation. Models 300 CFM and above also include an inlet temperature gauge, outlet temperature gauge, high evaporator temperature, refrigerant fault alarm, and a high pressure reset switch.

Integral Grade 9 separator and filters are standard on all DHP Series models. A two-stage process first removes the bulk liquid to 10 micron which has condensed in the heat exchangers using stainless steel orifice tubes. The second stage has in-depth coalescing fiber media which captures solid particulates to 3 micron and oil droplets to 5ppm w/w.
