The All-Star RHB3 Series is a regenerative blower series with a variety of voltage and power options. It comes either with a single or three phase motor, or the option to be motorless. It has a noise level of 58 to 82db(A), making it suitable for noise-sensitive environments. Additionally, it can be used in both pressure and vacuum applications, while simultaneously being oil and odor-free.

It is a non-pulsating device, allowing for smooth operation, while also using filtered air to ensure the equipment is free from debris or contaminants. The straddle mounted impeller aids in efficiency, making this blower suitable for many industrial applications. It is ideal for uses such as wastewater treatment, aquaculture, and pneumatic conveyance.
