Description

The DVP DC Series Lubricated High Vacuum Pump features high reliability, vibration-free, low noise level, and is easy to maintain, making it suitable for laboratories, research institutes, and universities. A coupling drive connecting the motor and pump ensures reliable operation, long life, and easy maintenance. The DC Series pumps are ideal for use as a backing pump on ultra-high vacuum units.

The operating principle of the DC Series is similar to lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps. However, the stator is immersed in the lubrification oil which also seals the air loss. The pressure levels reached by this type of pump are higher than other rotary vane pumps. These pumps are equipped with a gas ballast system to avoid the condensation of the water vapor.

Applications:

  • Laser
  • Leak detectors
  • Freeze dryers
  • Mass spectrometers and chromatography
  • Laboratory autoclaves
  • Microscopy
  • Space simulators
  • Under vacuum distillers
  • Gel dryers
