Description

The DVP SB Series Oil-Free Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump features a monoblock industrial design type with the rotor directly assembled on the motor shaft. Built with lightweight alloy, the pumps can be fitted in places where little space is available and has adequate ventilation. The SB Series pumps are cooled by the motor fan and are made up of a cylindrical body and a rotor that rotates eccentrically inside it. The rotor has grooves where the vanes are placed. As the rotor turns, the centrifugal force pushes the vanes into contact with the body. This creates small spaces that increase in volume, allowing air from the container to be drawn in and expelled through the outlet duct. The SB Series is capable of running continuously at both atmospheric pressure and the highest vacuum.

Note: The SB Series cannot be used when the aspirated air contains moisture, oil, or other traces of liquid.
