The Hankison SweepSaver Series Membrane Air Dryer is equipped with digital purge control (DPC) and an integrated normally open, two-way valve that responds to your demand signal to regulate sweep air. By keeping the bore of the membrane fibers pressurized with a zero demand signal, DPC minimizes sweep air waste and saves you energy. Simply activate the process air demand signal to initiate the flow of sweep air.

Available with one of two pre-filter packages:

  • Single pre-filter: Contains one Hankison HF Series grade 5 oil removal filter.
  • Dual pre-filter: Contains one Hankison HF series grade 7 air line filter and one Hankison grade 3 oil removal filter.
