Description

The Quincy Compressor QPVS-210, 210 CFM, Variable Speed Refrigerated Air Dryer utilizes VSD technology to save energy and stabilize the dew point. As the incoming compressed air fluctuates, the variable speed drive recognizes the change in demand and jointly slows down or speeds up to match demand. By using this technology, the QPVS Series saves up to 60% on energy when compared to non-cycling dryers and is able to stabilize the dew point by reducing dew point swings that are traditionally seen with thermal mass dryers. 

The QPVS Series features advanced color controllers and a high-efficiency heat exchanger. The integrated advanced color controllers come with customizable control modes. This allows for further customization based off of site conditions and actual requirements. The high-efficiency heat exchanger utilizes three chambers and a patented air-to-air side design that reduces pressure drop. This decreased pressure drop creates increased compressor energy savings by reducing the need for excess pressure loss compensation.

Remote monitoring is possible through a Quincy controller, which provides on-board tools that make staying connected easy due to networking, monitoring, and integrated cellular connectivity. In-cloud analysis of the data helps schedule optimum service intervention, predicts failure, and measures overall machine health.
