The Chicago Pneumatic CPX Series Refrigerated Air Dryer cools compressed air to remove the largest part of water content produced by compression. The operation of the CPX dryer is monitored by an electronic controller indicating all relevant information, including the status of the refrigerant dryer, status of the fan, and the dew point indication. An alarm display shows high or low dew point, fan probe failure (CPX 40 to 270), and a service reminder. The full refrigerant dryer range is equipped with a level-controlled condensate drain, a range using electronic sensors to discharge only condensate and without wasting any compressed air. By applying environmentally friendly gas types, the product has no impact on the ozone layer.
