The FS-Curtis NxHE Series Two-Stage Rotary Screw Air Compressor is a reliable choice for high flow base load industrial applications. The air compression process is split into two phases with the NxHE, removing the heat of compression in the inter-stage thanks to the over/under unit design. This equates to less power required to generate the same rate of flow as a single stage unit. The lower compression ratio in both stages reduces thrust loads, extending the service life of bearings and airends.

The standard issued iCommand-Touch+ controller streamlines operations of the NxHE through tracking of temperature, pressure, and critical datalogging. Trending and graphing capabilities are easily configured and viewed via a 7" HMI full color touch screen. Expanded functionality through the controller permits integration with high level communication systems.

The IP 55, Class F rated TEFC enclosure protects the NxHE motor from dust ingression and high operating temperatures. This temperature protection is maximized with eCOOL Technology through the combination of intelligent component layout and cooling centrifugal airflow to extend service life and reduce downtime. This layout and thick, laminated oil-proof sound insulation vastly improves noise reduction for smooth and quiet operation.

With a 100% continuous duty design, power efficiency of the NxHE is further maximized via FS-Curtis's exclusive airend with precision cut rotor profiles, and generously sized components to reduce pressure drops. The DemandSmart Energy Management System further reduces energy consumption at part load for lower lifecycle costs.
