Description

The Hankison HHX Series Heatless Desiccant Air Dryer efficiently dehydrates compressed air to dew points as low as ISO 8573-1 Quality Class 1 (-94°F/-70°C). Equipped with SensaTherm, it automatically matches purge air to plant air demand, ensuring maximum performance and energy savings.

When operating at a reduced capacity, the on-line drying tower remains active for a longer time until its total drying capacity is utilized. The temperature changes of the desiccant bed are continuously monitored within each tower to manage drying times and reduce purge air consumption precisely.

SensaTherm measures temperature changes to accurately determine moisture load on the dryer and control tower operation during drying and regeneration stages using microprocessor-based controls.
