Description

The nano-purification solutions NDL 050 GF, 20 SCFM Desiccant Air Dryer is a snowstorm filled, ultra-high purity dryer that provides moisture and particulate protection to an air compression system. It is designed for use in the compressor room, at the point of application or integrated into original equipment. The unit operates with PLC controlled solenoid valves and unique exhaust air silencers, reducing noise levels. A digital display provides a full view of PLC operation and monitoring data.

The 20 SCFM package includes mounting brackets for either floor or wall mounting. This package also includes an inlet water separator to eliminate the cost and pressure drop of installing a separate inlet filter in small oil-free compressor applications. The built in outlet filtration, standard for all models, eliminates the cost, pressure drop and maintenance associated with a separate after filter. The D1 package also includes easily replaceable cartridges.

The PLC control system includes 'power on,' 'hours run,' and 'service required' indicators. Memory retention built into the PLC enables the controller to pick up where it left off in the drying cycle, ensuring consistently clean and dry air downstream. Compressor synchronization is a standard energy saving feature, which starts and stops the dryer with a signal from the compressor or point-of-use equipment to eliminate purge loss when drying is not required.

A low dew point (-94°F) model is available, along with a pneumatic model for the D2 and D3 ranges, offering full pneumatic control of the pressure swing adsorption technology for intrinsically safe applications.
