The Van Air Systems Blast Pak PRO Portable Deliquescent Air Dryer is a portable, skid mounted deliquescent dryer system with lifting lugs and forklift access for mobility, and is designed for blasting and painting contractors. The package is pre-assembled and welded to the skid, and can be lifted onto the back of a truck or trailer to move about within a plant or worksite. The unit eliminates the wet compressed air that clogs blasting pots and compromises the quality of blasted substrate.

With an integrated aftercooler, the Blast Pak PRO first cools hot and wet air discharged from the compressor. Cooling forces a substantial quantity of entrained moisture to condense. The compressed air then passes through the drying vessel, which contains a Van Air Dry-O-Lite desiccant, cutting the air's humidity roughly in half. Finally, air flows through an after-filter to trap any fine particulate matter suspended in the airflow.
