Description

The Deltech DF Series coalescing filter is designed to remove solids and liquids 3 microns and larger and reduces remaining oil content to 5ppm by weight. The Deltech DF Series features an internal automatic drain, push-on elements, modular housing, a dual facing gauge, and an optional energy saving pressure monitor. The automatic drain ensures reliable discharge of condensate and has a pilot operated, pneumatically actuated, particulate-resistant mechanism, Viton seals, and an inlet screen. The filter elements are silicon free and can withstand temperatures to 150°F. The DF Series' modular housing saves space, while the large flow paths reduce pressure drop and chromated and epoxy powder paint adds durabilty and corrosion resistance. The dual gauge face allows housing to be mounted in any flow direction and indicates element change-out based on differential pressure.
